FAQs
Find answers to commonly asked questions about Flowfully.
A very straightforward one:
- You sign up
- Book your intro call: We give you access to the client portal and you give us access to your Webflow workspace (If you are new to Webflow, we help you get up and running with it).
- Start making requests!
Making a request should not have a lengthy process.
There's a form in your client portal.
It asks for:
- Request name (with tips on how to phrase it)
- Description (if needed)
- Priority (comes in handy when making multiple requests at once)
- Request type (Integration, new page, new section or general updates - quite simple)
- Attachments (if needed)
This automatically adds it to the backlog we get immediately notified.
I mean, we are not against it.

You can cancel at any time.
Refunds are not included in our policy but we understand that things don't always work out and do address these situations on a case by case basis.
